Open Network settings

Use the TV remote to open Settings, then Network or Internet.

Choose the correct Wi-Fi

Select your home Wi-Fi: A wireless way for nearby devices to connect to a router or network. Full definition network and enter the password carefully.

Test a built-in app

Open one trusted streaming app. If all apps fail, the TV or internet connection may be the issue.

Restart the TV properly

Turn it off, unplug power for 30 seconds, reconnect and try again.

Restart the router once

If several devices have internet problems, follow the safe router restart guide.

Update the TV software

Use the TV’s built-in software update screen. Do not install software from an unknown USB drive or website.
