Service-area questions
What if my suburb is not listed?
The suburb list is a guide, not a hard boundary. Send your location and the type of work required so travel and availability can be confirmed.
Is the call-out fee the same everywhere?
The standard onsite call-out starts at $50. Longer-distance visits may cost more, and the amount is confirmed before the booking is accepted.
Do you visit homes and businesses?
Yes. Onsite help is available for home users, sole traders and small businesses, with remote support available where the problem is suitable.
How quickly can you attend?
Many jobs are scheduled for the same day or following day, depending on the booking time, location and availability. Urgent priority may be available for an additional fee.
Can remote support avoid a travel charge?
Yes, when the internet is working and the issue can be handled safely through remote support. Physical setup, complete outages and Wi-Fi coverage problems normally require an onsite visit.
