Pricing for a new computer setup
Onsite labour: $110 per hour
Call-out: $50
Minimum onsite booking: 1 hour minimum
A straightforward setup may take around one to three hours. Large transfers, slow old drives, many accounts or software problems can take longer.
Software licences, cloud storage, replacement drives, adapters and other equipment are not included. Transfer time depends heavily on the amount of data and condition of the old device.

Can you move everything from my old computer?
We can transfer compatible personal files and many settings, but some programs must be reinstalled and may require original licences or subscriptions.
Will my passwords transfer automatically?
Some browser or account passwords may sync after you sign in, but this depends on the service and previous settings. It is best to have recovery access available.
Can you set up Microsoft 365?
Yes. We can help install and sign in to an existing Microsoft 365 subscription or discuss appropriate options for home or business use.
Can you dispose of the old computer?
We can discuss secure data removal and suitable recycling options. Do not dispose of the old computer until the transfer has been checked.
Can you set up a Mac?
Please contact us with the model and required work so compatibility and availability can be confirmed before booking.
Can the setup be done remotely?
Some account and software setup can be done remotely, but physical connections and data transfer are usually easier and safer onsite.
