Place the printer near the router for setup

A strong signal makes the first connection easier. You can move it later if coverage remains good.

Connect the printer to Wi-Fi

Use the printer screen or official manufacturer app. Choose the correct network and enter the password.

Wait for the Wi-Fi symbol

Confirm the printer shows a stable wireless connection.

Add it on Windows

Open Settings, Bluetooth & devices, Printers & scanners, then Add device.

Add it on a phone or tablet

Install only the manufacturer’s official app if the built-in print option does not find it.

Print a test page

Test from each device. Keep a note of which devices are working.
